The new (and challenging) OFCCP disability and veteran affirmative action regulations will become law on March 24, 2014. Federal government contractors and subcontractors must be in compliance with certain portions of the regulations on that date, and other portions of the regulations go into effect on the first day of the employer’s affirmative action plan year that begins after March 24. This program will discuss compliance requirements, deadlines, and challenges. It will also include the most up-to-date guidance issued by OFCCP. Certified for 2.0 HRCI General Credits Please contact us with any questions you may have. We look forward to seeing you there. |
